It is important to promote your educational content and programs to our customers. Johnson & Johnson Institute has many tools and resources that can be leveraged to create a meaningful promotion campaign.

Measure
In order to gauge the success of your content, it is important to gather data and analyze the results. The following four topics are key requirements when requesting data from the Johnson & Johnson Institute Team.
Key Business Questions
Key business questions serve as tools to gain evidence and voice of customer to support the content and the delivery of our educational offering.
Frequency
How often will you engage in seeking feedback on your content or the delivery of your educational experience?
Key Performance Indicators
KPIs define a set of values on which to measure success. They can be quantitative and qualitative.
Actions
Now that you have the data what are your going to do to improve, enhance or change your content or educational experience?
Educational Resources
Maintain
Relevancy
Are the products / procedures still relevant or available?
Are the logos outdated?
Consider the quality, i.e. length, learning objectives, etc
Is this content relevant for other regions, ie, EMEA, ASPAC, LATAM?
Changes
After considering relevancy. Make sure logos and other content elements are up to date. Make all changes required, if needed.
Copy Approval
If changes are made, complete an asset revision in EOS
If not changes, complete a renewal with no changes in EOS
