Consulting Agreement

If you plan to create a video with footage from a hospital you need to ensure that the hospital agrees to allow Johnson & Johnson to enter and record patients and procedures. This document is created and facilitated by the Professional Resources Office.

If you plan to create video from a hospital and a patient is involved it is important you receive consent to use their likeness on the Johnson & Johnson Institute website.

If you plan to engage with a key opinion leader you will need to request a consulting agreement.  The consulting agreement must be executed before you can engage in content development activities.  This document is created and facilitated by the Professional Resources Office.
